Hey guys, welcome to my channel and thanks for checking out my very first tutorial/technique on Cinema 4D. This is a little technique I stumbled across one day messing around with lighting and metallic materials. Apologies in advance for the awkward pauses and delays, I'm trying to get better at this! haha
This video is meant for anyone who's into exploring new lighting techniques whether you're barely starting out or you're pretty familiar with Cinema 4D, so with that being said i've listed some time stamps below at the key parts in the video if you'd like to skip around :)
0:00 - Intro
0:59 - Lighting rig/structure (Pretty easy)
10:33 - Choosing colors for your lights (You're gonna need some patience for this)
20:26 - Apply metallic material (Where it finally starts to look cool)
25:09 - How to displace/deform your model (This is where it starts to look really cool)
27:15 - Applying a sub division surface to our model (Wow...much smooth...whoa.....)
31:31 - Outro / Different noise types (Get alot of really cool results messing with this)
