I don't call this a hand gun, I call it my hand cannon and if you ever shoot one of these you will understand why. It doesn't sound very loud in the video because my iPhone actually muffled the sound a bit but when you shoot this at the range you get everyone's attention.
What sold me on this gun is the variety of ammunition you can shoot from this gun and as difficult as it is to get ammunition, I figured it was a good choice. I was considering the S&W .500 but it will only shoot .500 caliber. I can shoot Colt 45, 454 Casull or .460 Magnum from this gun. In the video I was shooting .460 HSM 325 grain Bear load. It has a muzzle velocity of 1824 feet per second with a muzzle energy of 2402 foot pounds. Later I shot the Buffalo bore, 360 grain. It has a muzzle velocity of 1900 fps with a m.e. of 2,860.
I modified this today(5/31/21) because some of my previous statements may not have been exactly correct.
