Paolo de Marchi of Isole e Olena explores changes in Chianti, the planting of new varieties and the impact that the fame of "Super-Tuscans" have had on the region. He feels that Chianti has to be the benchmark for Sangiovese but that other grapes have helped lift the region to international fame, and that is a good thing. Filmed on location at City Winery Chicago.
