The Power of Arcane Sanctuary is real! Monsters/Ghosts can drop up to Cham and Super Chests can drop up to Lo! Because Ghost/Specter/Gloams/Souls/Storm Casters cannot drop Armor/Weapon base items, they are far more likely to drop Runes/Charms/Gems/Jewels/Jewelry/WSS/Boxes than most monsters in the game (almost 4x more likely!). Super Chests also have ideal loot tables for these types of items! Check out this insane farm on both Project Diablo 2 and D2R! With P5 loot default in PD2, Arcane is a crazy good farm for a starter gear Lightning Damage build! This is one of the ultimate if not the ultimate pure currency farm in LOD content! It is only a Lvl 79 area though, so it is isn't great for those Ultra Rare Uniques or Exp!
