Log pressing is one of my favorite overhead movement. A great three part exercise. You have to deadlift the log from the ground, clean the log up your body, and then finally press it!
A strongman staple and a good movement to add into your push days. The neutral hand placement can also be a welcome change to the pronated grip used when barbell pressing.
log pressing is a full body workout and can really help your power output and learn how to explode.
