Today I am going to share karachi Famous al tawakkal Beef Pulao Recipe or you can say beef yakhni pulao as well as. it is same as hyderabadi beef pulao. the taste of this pulao is unique and tasty and one more point i want to add you can make this delicious recipe with beef or mutton both as per your choice.
1 Kg Ingredients
Step 1
Beef Yakhni Recipe
Cooking Oil : 1 Cup
Ginger and garlic paste : 2 Table spoon
Beef / Mutton : 1 Kg
Saute for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame
then Add
Tomato : 1 small size cut into slices
Onion. : 1 Small size cut into slices
Black Pepper : 4 to 5
Green cardamom : 2
Black cardamom : 1
clove : 2 to 3
Red Chilli Flake : 1 table spoon
Water 10 to 12 cup
Cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes
then cook on low flame for 2 hour or until meat tender
Step 2
Cooking Oil : Half Cup
Ginger and garlic paste : 2 Table spoon
Tomato : 1 mediuml Size
Lemon slices : 2 Medium Size
Green Chili Paste : 2 to 3 Table spoon
Step 3
Beef Pulao masala
Coriander seeds Crushed : 1 Table spoon
Cumin Seeds Crushed : 1 Table spoon
Fennel Seeds Crushed : 1 Table spoon
Green Cardamom : 4 to 5
Black cardamom : 2 to 3
Clove : 5 to 6
Star anise : 2
Black Pepper : 8 to 10
Bay leaf : 2
Curry Leaf : 2 to 3
Cinnamon Stick : 2 Piece of 2 inch size
Salt 1 Table spoon or As per your taste
Tamarind. : 1 Small Size
Step 4
Add Boiled Beef 1 Kg
Yogurt : Quarter Cup
Green Chilli Paste : 1 Table spoon
Beef Yakhni and Water as well as
Step 4
Add Raw Basmati or sela rice 1 Kg
( Soak in Water for 10 to 15 minutes)
cook on high flame for 5 min then cook on low flame for 15 to 20 min then Add fried onions and Coriander and mint leaves
Reccipe is ready for serving
