We thought arriving in Marrakech via Royal Air Maroc was a nightmare, but leaving was even worse!! We won't spill all the details here, but poor communication, rude and unhelpful staff, and an unexpected reroute turned our overnight flight into a full 24 hours of travel to get from Morocco to Cairo. This day was a mess, but Hamer saved the day!
(This happened about 2 months ago. To this day, we have not been reimbursed for the taxi ride, for any of our clothes that we purchased when we didn't have our luggage, or for the international phone call to Royal Air Maroc.)
