Have you got excess sourdough starter (discard) then use it in this recipe to replace some of the yogurt. You will be amazed at how delicious they turn out.
Ingredients:
240 g all purpose flour + extra
150 g sourdough discard (any hydration)
150 g yogurt (I use full fat natural)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda or 1 tsp baking powder
