Bachelors Mutton Curry with masala
Masala Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 20g
Red chillies - 10g
Pepper - 7g
Fennel seeds - 6g
Cumin seeds - 6g
Dry Ginger - 4g
Cinnamon stick - 1
Mustard seeds - 4g
Star anise - 1
Chana dal - 20g
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 3
Garlic - 8 pods
Coconut Powder - 10g
Mint Leaves - 1 bunch
Kasuri Methi - ½ tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Method:
Take a pan
Add 3 tb spn Oil
Add 2 roughly chopped Onion
Add Salt
Add Tomatoes
Add 4 tsp Mutton Masala
Add Mutton pieces
Add water
Cook it for 6-7 whistles
Switch off the flame & rest it for 5 minutes
Finish it off with Coriander Leaves
