INGRIDENTS:
1. Sooo Ketolicious Sweet Chocolate Crust
(Order Pizza and Dessert crusts at www.soooketolicious.com)
2. 250ml whipping cream
3. 175g keto powdered sweetener
4. 50g salted butter
5. 250g unsweetened chocolate, chopped
6. 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove the frozen chocolate crust from package and let it Thaw at
room temperature.
2. Pre-heat oven to 325°F.
3. Place carefully place the crust on a pie pan then place it in the oven for
two minutes then take it out and set aside.
4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put it into a bowl.
5. In a saucepan, add cream, sweetener, and butter.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil, let simmer, and pour the chopped chocolate
into the mixture stirring until the chocolate melts into the mixture.
7. Stir in one egg at a time. Mix well to incorporate.
8. Pour the mixture onto the crust, then bake for 15 minutes.
9. Once cooked, leave to cool in the oven with the door partially open.
10. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours for a truffle texture or let the pie cool at
room temp for a softer texture for at least 6 hours to over night.
