This video is a perfect case study on why I believe in asking for price early on in the conversation. Two calls, same questions. First call is with a real estate broker who decides she doesn't want to play games while playing games. I have never seen a real estate broker list a property without an asking price but apparently that is not how real estate is done according to this seller. I quickly move on from this seller, after having some fun, and the next dial is a motivated seller who needed to sell her property as soon as possible. In twenty minutes I am able to talk to two different types of sellers and get a signed contract.
