Most sergeants, or commanders, are quite strict in Basic Military Training (BMT). Fortunately, there will be 1 or 2 sergeants that are quite nice and chill with the recruits. This is a chill sergeant you might meet in BMT, which is the first thing Singaporean guys go through during their national service. After 2 years of NS, they will ORD.
