This is a vegan Lebanese freekeh soup.

You will love it as it is so easy to make, super comforting and filling.

N.B., freekeh is young green wheat, therefore containing gluten.

Recipes Tips
• Lebanese freekeh soup is generally made with chicken, as this is a vegan recipe, I sometimes like to add shredded young jackfruit at the end (see end of video)
• Add your favorite garnishes such as fresh herbs, diced veggies
• Store in the fridge for up to 5 days
