Preparation time- 10mins
Cooking time - 15mins
RECIPE
1. Soak Soya nuggets in hot water until double their size
2. Soak chana dal in hot water for 1/2hr or until soft
3. In a blender add ( soaked )soya nuggets & chana dal along with
Methi leaves ( washed)
whole cumin seeds
coriander powder
garam masala
amchur / mango powder
Salt to taste
Ginger
Garlic
Little bit of water
4. Shape into Kebabs , refrigerate 20mins then roast with 1tsp oil on a non stick pan .
5. Cook until crisp and well done on all sides .
PRO TIP -
1. Patience is the key when roasting it on low flame :)
2. They turn out even better in air fryer
