Emily Dickinson - I'll tell you how the Sun rose
Song: Sunrise Piano - Serge Quadrado
Directed and edited: Salvatore Favazzi
I'll tell you how the Sun rose -
A Ribbon at a time -
The Steeples swam in Amethyst -
The news, like Squirrels, ran -
The Hills untied their Bonnets -
The Bobolinks - begun -
Then I said softly to myself -
"That must have been the Sun"!
But how he set - I know not -
There seemed a purple stile
That little Yellow boys and girls
Were climbing all the while -
Till when they reached the other side -
A Dominie in Gray -
Put gently up the evening Bars -
And led the flock away -
Vi dirò come sorse il Sole -
Un Nastro alla volta -
I Campanili galleggiavano in Ametista -
La notizia, come Scoiattoli, corse -
Le Colline si slacciarono le Cuffie -
I Bobolink - iniziarono -
Allora mi dissi sommessamente -
"Dev'essere stato il Sole!"
Ma come è tramontato - non lo so -
Sembrava una purpurea staccionata
Che ragazzi e ragazze dorati
Stessero in quel momento scalando -
Finché quando raggiunsero l'altro lato -
Un Maestro in Grigio -
Sollevò delicatamente le Sbarre della sera -
E condusse via il gregge -
