CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A man arrested for a West End murder will not be tried for the crime. A grand jury declined to indict Rico Miller. Miller had been charged with shooting Lerois Harris on Linn Street on January 29. Harris died from his injuries more than a week later. Miller had been locked up on a .5 million bond, after prosecutors told the judge they feared he would retaliate. Follow us on Twitter @Local12 and LIKE us on Facebook for updates!
