Ingredients:-
Potatoes (boiled) - 1/2 kg
Black pepper - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chicken powder - 1 teaspoon
White pepper - 1 teaspoon
Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cheese - as required
Egg - 1
Bread crumbs - 1 cup

Directions:-
In a bowl take boiled potatoes, mash them and add black pepper, salt, chicken powder, white pepper, soya sauce and mix well.
Then take some potatoes mixture and put cheese in it and give shape to form cutlet.
Dip raw cutlet into egg and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
Cutlets are ready to eat.
Serve with Ketchup and enjoy.
