Gym intimidation is real, and it can be very difficult for many of us to overcome. It’s something I struggled with, too, when I first got started, and I know how incredibly overwhelming it can be.
But I also know that it’s something you can get past, with the right guidance, and nowadays the gym is a part of who I am, and I am so much better for pushing past my fears.
