Cut the green wire going to the inhibitor box, connect it to the green/white wire while leaving the green wire on the harness side disconnected. I.e, you want the green/white wire to be feeding both the green and green/white inputs of the box.
The green/white wire is switched +12V, which turns off with the key. The green wire is an unswitched +12V. The box seems to work every time as long as it's "started fresh" every time you turn the key.
