Radish Curry is known as one of the healthy delicious dishes. I will show you in a quick and tasty way how to cook this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g radish, diced
- 1 red onions, diced
- 1-2 or more green chilis
- 4 lime leaves
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- small piece of cinnamon
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Take the whole radish, rinse it well and peel it. Dice the radish about 2cm thick and set aside
Dice the red onion.
Remove the seeds from the green chilis and finely cut lengthwise, then set aside.
Cut the lime in half.
LETS GET STARTED:
Preheat a pan, add coconut oil and sauté onions and green chili for a couple minutes. Then add the chopped radish, toss with onions and green chilis. Cover the pan with the lid and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat a wok and add 2 tbsp coconut oil, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, grated ginger, lime leaves, small piece of cinnamon and turmeric powder. Mix well until well combined, then add coconut milk, lime juice and salt and keep cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Then add radish pieces (without stirring ), cover with the lid and cook for another 3 minutes at a low temperature
The curry is now ready. Serve with rice and enjoy this healthy and delicious meal!
