How to make an healthy and tasty Red kidney beans or also known as Rajma salad ||
Rajma or red kidney beans salad is an healthy and tasty salad recipe which has lot of health benefits in it . Rajma is very rich in fibre which helps in lowering cholesterol levels. Rajma salad is an iron - rich option that will enhance our haemoglobin levels .
Ingredients and process :-
Overnight soaked and boiled Rajma - pressure cook for 3-5 whistles
Now add in some vegetables like some chopped 🧅 onions , chopped 🍅tomatoes , chopped green chillies , chopped coriander 🌿 leaves and squeeze some lemon 🍋 juice .
Add little salt , chat masala and little chilli powder and the tasty Rajma salad is ready ..
Add in some more veggies like capsicum 🫑 or lettuce 🥬
