What better place to relax than the Gardens? Today is a day for peace and rest, and all you want is to connect with nature. In the world of the Fairies, you can do that. Step into the Fairy Kingdom and join all the fairies, elves and pixies in a relaxing afternoon in a garden outside of the cottages. Sit down anywhere you’d like, in the green grass and amongst the colourful flowers. Close your eyes and listen to all of the beautiful and soothing sounds of nature; birds, crickets, grasshoppers and other insects. Even wind chimes*! Oh, what a lovely day to be alive!
Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let it out. Listen to the soft, soothing sounds of nature and allow your body to relax. All of the stress, worry and anxiety you are carrying on your shoulders is melting away, bit by bit, by the loving environment of the fairies. The kind creatures of this magical world are all around you, sending you loving energy and healing. Feel your body letting go of tension, anger and frustration, one body part at a time.
You close your eyes and let your breath slow down. Deep and long breaths. Listening to the relaxing animal sounds, as well as the wind chimes, you find yourself feeling Sleepy and Calm. It’s almost meditative. This feels like the perfect place to be right now.
You feel so safe.
Slowly, you let go of any worries you have had and let yourself be carried off to dreamland. Let your body recharge and fill your mind with positive thoughts, the peaceful sounds of nature grounding you. 🌙
This peaceful, relaxing and gentle garden fantasy ambience will make you feel at peace. It can be used for meditation practice, sleeping, reducing anxiety, while you are studying or just while you are doing your daily activities such as chores. 💤
