One of the other risk factors that was well known for heart disease is high blood pressure and whether Omega threes affect blood pressure has been an area of research as well. And the current understanding of that is that doses only two and three and 4G a day of EPA and DHA can indeed lower blood pressure a little bit statistically significantly by several what we call millimeters of mercuries, particularly the top number. The systolic blood pressure can be reduced by two or three points by omega-3, and that's a good thing. Is that part of the mechanism by which omega-3's reduced risk for heart disease in general? Probably so, but it's just one of several different approaches that omega-3 have to approve a heart health. Again, they lower blood lipids, triglycerides. They improve blood flow by not making the blood as as sticky as it might be in in clotting inappropriately. And they again improve the rhythms of the heart. So those are all good things to do, and the lower your blood pressure is one of those pieces of that pie.
