I couldn't find much info on how to find a dragon's lair and it took me a long time just to find this one, So the best ways I were able to find mine was Listening for the Really Loud Roaring and Wing Flapping noise which you need the Hostile Mob's sound option turned on. My friend found theirs at Y147 I found this one at Y144 and another one at Y91 so id assume they spawn in the higher Y levels but I can't confirm it for sure. Lastly this one is on the wiki but I thought id mention it anyways they only spawn in the Mithril Deposits area of the crystal hollows but I have heard they can be right on the border of the Mithril Deposits as seen in other videos.
