In todays video I raced a 1500m which for me was very different from the usual marathon distance- some 28 times longer lol. As i transition from being self-coached to coached, this was more of a training/testing experiment to figure out my current strenghts/weaknesses but, rather surprisingly, i really enjoyed it. Feel like i may need one more crack at it this season to try and break SUB 4.
