My dog Casey with Vestibular Syndrome

Always consult a vet first. This is also sometimes known as old dog's disease, or vestibular disease.

Casey showed acute signs of this a few days ago. He acted completely intoxicated, could not walk well, could not focus, would barely respond to me.

I took him outside and he vomited with no signs of anything foreign in it. We were at the vet's within 1/2 hour.

Blood and urine tests came back perfect. He spent the night in isolation so he could rest. Vestibular Syndrome/Disease is the diagnosis for now as he is getting better every day.

Sadly, Casey passed away on 4/9/2014 due to causes unrelated to this.
