The rest of the face is made up out of bit's and pieces I picked up around the internet a mouth here, an eyebrow there.
Now if you see the very gradual change (and you can, if you try) you'll probably miss the fact that the picture zooms in as well.
This is due to the 'sucking' quality a stare like that has. There are several accounts of haunting stares in pictures, eyes following you across the room.
Think of the Mona Lisa, or Haunted Harry Houdini Painting or almost every painting by Rembrandt van Rijn or The Laughing Cavalier by Frans Hals.

I have been told by a viewer the music is from Sword Art online.
I can't tell anymore, it's too long ago. I do remember that I couldn't find this exact track in the stuff I made, when I went to look for the music to do the haunting stare II. So..
I'll simply put "Reki Kawahara" in some type of credit as he created the anime. If anyone can tell me it's true and what song it is, then great. It might have been I mistook this song for something I made. As you can hear in Haunting Stare II it's quite similar. I have found the midi's and the MusicMaker file for haunting stare II, so I'm pretty sure I made that.
