A short ride from the campsite at the side on Mohnesee Reservoir to the Mohne Dam made famous by the RAF 617 Squadron Dambusters in May 1943.
A place i've always wanted to visit, enjoy this visit with me.
Operation Chastise was carried out on the night of 16/17 May 1943
made famous by the bouncing bomb.
