Ted Lerner from Typist in US Army to Richest Man in Maryland. He completed BA and Law Degree from George Washington U in 42 straight months on GI Bill. In 1952, his wife loaned him $250 to start his company Lerner Enterprises. In 1958, he built Wheaton Plaza, With Tysons Corner, he earned "Father of the Suburban Downtown"
