The slayer helmet and DOOMBlade cutscene from Quakecon 2018 is still in the game!
Here's how you access it...

You can initiate the cutscene by having a modded PC game and typing this in the console. It isn’t a mod, it’s in the game files, but a modded or unlocked game let’s you access this:
trigger cineractive_e2m1_nest_player_intro_player_intro_sync_1
