After sitting in my sewing pattern stash for 10 years, I finally made this beautiful 1940s tiki dress to wear as my 30th birthday outfit! 🌺 I used Vogue 2494, a glamorous evening gown reproduction pattern with shoulder drape, shoulder pads, button loops, and unique gathered skirt. It's an absolutely stunning design! I used a gorgeous cotton rayon blend from Hawaii Fabric Mart. This is a nice and chill sew along and chat you can put on and relax to. So grab yourself a piña colada and enjoy as I sew some tropical glam!
