Zoroastrianism is one of the oldest monotheistic religions. A religion that was formed in Persian civilization and according to which God or Ahura Mazda gave the prophet Zoroaster the mission to deliver the necessary teachings to the people of the world.

But almost all other monotheistic religions are Abrahamic religions that started with Abraham and ended with Moses, Christ, and the last of them, Islam, which appeared 1400 years ago.

Religions appeared in the atmosphere of many gods, and people saw the origin of the world from various forces and tried to bring people to unity intellectually.

But is there a newer religion that is monotheistic? Did other religions or groups claiming monotheism appear in the world after Islam?

It has 30 million people worldwide, and many of its believers often have good financial status and even important positions in business and the world today, from the founder of the NewLook brand, which operates in the field of fashion, to the chief manager of Mastercard.

According to historical documents, the Sikh religion was founded by a leader named Guru Nanak in the 15th century. Guru in Sanskrit means spiritual master or religious teacher.

Nanak, who was the first guru of Sikhism, considers this religion to be the result of spiritual revelations and inspirations.
The story of the emergence of Sikhism is narrated as follows:

Guru Nanak was a pious and pure person in his youth. He was always thinking. One day in 1499 AD, he disappeared mysteriously, while his clothes were found by the river, but no trace of him was found.

After three days, Guru Nanak appeared. He was quiet on the first day, and whenever they asked him where he was and what happened to him, he did not say anything.

But on the second day, he spoke up and said: neither the Hindu religion nor the Islamic religion. So which way do I choose? I have to go the way of God. God is neither Muslim nor Hindu. The only way I have to go is God's way.

Master Nanak said that during that time, he was taken to God's court and was given a cup to drink and was told: This cup is for the remembrance of God. I am with you, and I bless you and nurture you. Whoever remembers you, I am with him. Go and rejoice in my name and teach others to do the same.

According to the historical documents of the Sikh religion, Master Nanak invited people to think deeply about the teachings and religions that everyone believed in and claimed that he was only preaching the name of God.

After Nanak, ten Gurus succeeded him, and during each of these successors, something was added to the Sikh religion. So the followers of Sikhs today consider one of the most important developments in the history of this religion during the time of the tenth leader and the selection of the holy book of this religion.

The word Sikh means student and spiritual disciple. Although Sikhism is a new religion, it has been able to have a prominent presence in the international community in this short period of time.
