Recording in public is not a crime, and likewise public photography is not a crime. If you are a frequent watcher of my videos, then you know this already. However, there are still some police officers that feel inclined to remind us of what is and isn’t a crime, for no reason whatsoever. Take this video from the channel ROACH, for instance. He was driving around and photographing a few things and recording some people. They got butthurt about this, and decided to call the police. Rather than tell those people the obvious, which is what this man is doing is not illegal, nor a crime. The officer proceeds to make a report and confront this man. As you’re going to see coming up, the officer makes a complete fool of himself.
