All of the language that I give you is appropriate for both business meetings and for talking with your friends and family.
As I explain in more detail in the video, although some of these phrases might sound a little bit strong to you if you are from a more indirect culture, these are usually 100% fine to use unless you say them with anger or rudeness in your voice.
