How to fill the black soul gem so you can perform the ritual to cure vampirism.
1. Make sure you have the spell "Soul Trap"
2. Use Soul Trap on a human enemy. (Has to be human)
3. Then kill the enemy quick.
So what I do is injure the enemy a little bit first, use soul trap and then finish them off.
