To Make Boiled Egg Bhurji Masala
2 Tbsp Oil
1tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Onions (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Tomato (chopped)
Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Boiled Eggs (grated)
1/2/cup water

To Make Sunny Side Up Egg
Oil
1 Egg
Salt
Black pepper (crushed)

To Make Garlic butter
1 tbsp Butter
12 - 15 Green Garlic
