Today we review a Texas whiskey that has popped on our radar over the last few years...the Still Austin Cask Strength Bourbon!!! Started in 2013/2014 by a father & son team, Still Austin sources all of their grain locally from Texas and is located in Austin. They use a custom 42' column still named "Nancy" to produce everything on site. This case strength release is so good for being only aged for 2 years, we highly recommend you grab a bottle and we will be on the look out for other release...especially since we will be down in Austin twice in April!!
