NAEA Propertymark is the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency personnel.
It exists to help consumers understand what they need to do if they want to buy a house or rent a property, including the role of an estate agent in the process.

Members of NAEA Propertymark have chosen to be regulated and bound by certain rules and codes in the way they operate, and it is a code that is shared by The Property Ombudsman.
