The mirrorless camera that seemed like an unattainable dream was finally announced, or at least a launch date event and a preorder date. That's right the new mirrorless camera from sony, the sony a7siii is finally happening and the launch date is just under two weeks away. This camera has been begged for by the wedding filmmaking community and based on the rumored sony a7siii specs it will not disappoint. In this video I want to talk through the different specs that were leaked by sony alpha rumors including the available a7siii resolutions. I also want to talk specifically about what I want to see in this camera, as well as what it means and how it will impact wedding videographers.

The sony a7siii vs a7sii is sure to bring about a lot of welcome changes and with the recent releases from canon I expect many people to be deciding between the sony a7siii vs canon r5 as well as the sony a7siii vs canon r6. However there does not seem to be any reports of sony a7siii overheating so that may just give them a leg up. And don't forget the sony a7siii vs a7iii which is a great camera in itself.

All in all this is a great move by sony and the sony a7s3 will surely raise the bar and potentially be the best camera for wedding filmmakers. Be sure we will be following this announcement closely!
