Maps are infinite both horizontally and vertically (as long as you don't overflow 64 bit limit). LODs are calculated on the fly and each voxel can have its own data that you can modify on the fly. There are no reflections, transparent voxels, dynamic lighting yet, but the engine will support it in the future. You can convert both point clouds and textured polygons into their voxelized counterparts.
I've upscaled the video to 4K so YouTube wouldn't compress it as much, but there are still some compression artifacts most noticeable when I'm moving fast.
