Chef Nick is a no-nonsense kind of guy who's worked at some of the best restaurants in Boston, and now he's set up shop here in Medford at Snappy Pattys. It's a small, charming spot with an industrial look full of metal stools, high exposed ceilings and funky artwork throughout. The menu is a lined with all of the foods Nick loves to cook- like Pan Roasted White Fish served on with a saffron sauce and Skirt Steak served on a big bed of mashed potatoes or loaded up onto a flatbread with brie and red onion. But his signature dish is the tiny but tasty patty melt sliders.
