1.Cat & camel exercise- Can be done in any phase of pregnancy. Is very easy and effective for all trimesters
2. Birthing Exercises- These should be done specifically in the third trimester only.
DUCK WALK: Highly effective in facilitating easy & normal labor/delivery.
