Hello Skaters! For the month of February I am excited to be looking at figure skating as something you can do with a partner, With Valentines Day this month it seemed appropriate and fun! So today I am going to give you a brief history of how pair skating began. Fun fact, when I made the switch from roller to ice many years ago, I really wanted to become a pair skater. That was my dream! It didn't really work out that way, but I have gotten to skate here and there with some world level pair skaters, which has been a blast. Make sure you come back next week to learn a few pair moves that you can try yourself!
