EXCLUSIVE | Interview with Socceroos and St George Budapest right-back, Doug Utjesenovic. Serbian-born, Utjesenovic was brought to Australia in 1971 to play football, originally residing in Melbourne. He sold his fridge for $50 and with only that in his pocket moved to Sydney, where he played for Budapest under Rale Rasic. Utjesenovic played all three matches at the 1974 FIFA World Cup. A larrikin amongst his peers, and a humble man to many. One of Australian football's quiet achievers.
