💥Varsha Ritu Haritaki- In Varsha Ritu, haritaki is generally consumed with rock salt .
💥Choti Harad is a type of Haritaki which can be consumed throughout out the year for digestion purposes.
💥Properties of Choti Harad:
💥Deepana- Appetizer
💥Pachana- Digestive
💥Rechana- Mild laxative
💥Anulomai - useful in constipation
💥Mala Sodhani - Eases hard stools
💥How to make Choti Harad Churna at home:
👉Roast a tbsp of Choti harad in a tspn of Cow Ghee.
👉While roasting the Choti harad will swell up in size and changes its color to lighter shade.
👉Then grind them into fine powder.
💥How to consume Choti harad :
Anupana - co drink
If the patient has Kapha symptoms such as obesity, vomiting sensation, heaviness of abdomen, anorexia, excessive salivation, then it is administered with a pinch or two of Saindhava Lavana rock salt.wuth luke warm water.
If the patient has Pitta Symptoms such as burning sensation in chest and abdomen, then it is administered with a teaspoon of sugar candy powder.To form more saliva.
If the patient has Vata symptoms such as bloating, gas etc, then it is administered along with half to one teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) followed by lukewarm water.
