Well, this recipe that shows how to make channar caramel Sandesh is a great idea you can add to your dessert list! Here are the ingredients:
-2 L of 3% milk
-2 tbsp of lemon juice
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1/2 cup of powdered milk
-1 tsp of sugar (to make caramel)
-1 cup of evaporated milk- carnation
-1/2 cup of condensed milk
-1 tbsp of ghee
-1/4 tsp of cardamom powder

DECORATION
-A pinch of powdered milk on top
-Pistachios
