The volume begins with a sitar rendition of raag Yaman by Shahid Parvez, followed by Pandit Jasraj's vocal rendition of raag Shankara and then the raag Mishra Ghara, of the Kafi that, sung by Shruti Sadolikar. The Mishra Ghara/Gara is famously associated with the song Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram, a song on Lord Ramchandra.
