Guys, I used coconut oil and my hair practically had an allergic reaction (video on that coming soon), this is the first time I have ever heard about protein sensitivity or the fact that it can be set off by coconut oil. That means "no more coconut oil" (ever). In order to recover from protein overload I have to try and eliminate my use of protein and it's so hard 😭.

Here's a DIY whipping butter that can be used to seal the moisture in your hair.

What's your favourite product for sealing moisture in your hair?

Recipe:
1 1/2 cup of Shea Butter (I used unrefined)
2 TBSP Vegetable Glycerine *(you can also use aloe vera gel, I didn't have any and I am in lockdown)
1 TSP of Vitamin E Oil
1 TBSP Castor Oil
1 TBSP Jojoba Oil
1 TBSP Cactus Oil (Optional, you can use another oil but I used cactus oil in everything :) )
10-15 drops of essential oil (I used Rosemary)
