You want to be for the trichological range for your hair at least 60 nanogram per milliliter so if you got a blood test for vitamin d 3 recently pull it up and see what that number is if it is less than 60 nanograms per milliliter then you need to be more now if it is like 50 okay well that s close that s not bad
Not terrible but you still need to get that up if it s 30 you ve got problems or helps assist in processing androgens it helps your liver function appropriately you actually have a vitamin d receptor in your hair if its low it is going to throttle back the overall volume of hair that you re creating.
