Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town Police detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify a group of people wanted in connection with a forcible touching investigation at a Riverhead water park.
A group of males subjected female juveniles to unwanted physical contact while in the wave pool at Splish Splash Water Park, located at 2549 Splish Splash Drive, on August 21 at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Following the release of a Crime Stoppers Alert regarding this incident, the Riverhead Police Department reports being contacted by several individuals depicted in the surveillance footage that was previously released. After conducting interviews with these individuals, it has been determined that they had no involvement in the matter and are no longer considered persons of interest. Detectives would still like to speak to the five males in the below photos.
